@@Giaki I seem to be really lucky today!I killed another black knight in the undead parish and got the black knight great sword. Is that better than the halberd?

@@n0tprem1um75 that's insane hahaha Not really, the halberd is a better 2h weapon that REALLY hurts the enemies and staggers them a lot. However it requires quite an investment in stats, while the sword is a bit easier in that department. Also, I suggest you try weapons and play whichever one you feel better to play with, for me it was Uchigatana, Bandit's Dagger and in another playthrough the Zweihander and Astora's Straight Sword Testing out weapons is fun and helps you better understand what you feel more comfortable with!

You can also get it slowly by wilting away the mobs with a Divine/Occult weapon, it makes getting the Scythe muuuch easier

Hahaha! I find the trick is to stop running altogether once you're on the ledge and just push the movement stick normally towards the bonfire

It's really weird that you can only get to him like this, but at least the smithing hammer's sound is thankfully easy to hear lol Also, I totally understand you, it feels like 50% of ledges and ravines in souls games are death traps and 50% hide stuff

No, everyone can! But you must have at least 10 in the attunement stat to equip it from the bonfire menu

It is in a very weird area, hidden from sight and in a dangerous/active zone, so it's not that common to find!

@Giaki I found it in my last play through, but my file corrupted lol, and I couldn't remember where I found it. I'm on my first play through right now, and it's probably going to be my main weapon

The only hint we have is that when you're on the ground level of the Catacombs you can hear his smithing through the wall. Other than that it really is insane how hard he is to find lol

I've made a video on how to get out of the Catacombs! The general idea is to find the cave with the big skeleton, take a right into the broken wall, climb a staircase and proceed until you get to the start of the zone!

@@______________________-___ it really is! It has got incredibly good scaling in Dexterity, so if you upgrade it enough and you put points into DEX it is going to be a super useful weapon! It's incredibly handy against groups

I understand that feeling so much lol, I was betrayed by my very first multiplayer sign and stopped believing in them, but after discovering these kind of things I just trust every sign knowing I might just die hahaha! BUT Prismatic stones are not to be underestimated, buy lots of them and use them for these cases if you don't want to die! This applies to all souls games!
